An insomnia diagnosis is associated with 26% higher healthcare utilization costs.
Lack of sleep costs the U.S. economy over $400 billion dollars every year (over 2% of the U.S. GDP). This is roughly $2,500 per employee every year.
In the largest sleep study to date, the mortality rate among people taking sleeping pills was shown to be over 4x greater than those not using sleeping pills.

How It Works
Through our process of education, assessment, and assistance, we aim to improve sleep outcomes for your employees.
Incentivize employees and their families to take a short sleep survey. In the survey, participants are informed about online sleep coaching sessions on sleep-related topics.
Over four consecutive evenings, your participants may attend any or all Zoom sleep coaching sessions. The sessions will last approximately 40 minutes and will include a live Q&A with our sleep professionals.
The following week and again one month later, employees may join another group Zoom session to clarify/discuss any information presented previously.
FOLLOW-UP & RESULTS
Three months after the initial sessions, participants take a follow-up survey and results are presented to company. Witness the benefits of better sleep first-hand!
