Really appreciate your help on Skype. I was struggling – pretty bad with my sleep.  I liked how you completely explained everything about how to sleep better, and gave me some great suggestions. And the app made everything you told me work better too! Hope to make it out west for one of your retreats.

I slept great the last two nights! I shut off the computer a little after nine and read. Then I dont even think about going to bed until my eyelids are heavy. I feel really hopeful now for the first time in a long time!
